How much does it cost?

Plans start at $297 a month. The exact price depends on what you need, and you get a clear number on your free demo call, before any work starts.

Can I hear it before I decide?

Yes. Call (330) 915-3542 any time and talk to the live AI receptionist. Try to book an appointment and see what it does.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Keep the number your customers already know. When you can't pick up, calls go to your AI receptionist.

How fast can I be up and running?

Most follow-up and booking setups are live within a few days. Websites and custom builds come with a clear timeline up front.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Almost always. We connect with Google, Outlook, QuickBooks, Square, Stripe, Jobber and more, and build custom connections when needed.

What if the AI can't answer something?

It takes a message and texts you right away, so you can follow up. It never makes things up.

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI receptionist answers your business calls 24/7, talks to the caller like a person, books appointments on your calendar, and texts you the details. It replaces voicemail and missed calls.

Where are you located and who do you serve?

Pyxlo Automation is based in Canton, Ohio. We build AI receptionists and automations for plumbers, HVAC, roofers, landscapers, electricians, cleaners, salons, contractors and other businesses, and we set everything up remotely.
