How We Collect Text Message Consent

Consent is collected verbally on a phone call with our AI voice assistant, after a caller books a consultation. Texts are sent only to callers who say yes.

Exact script the assistant says

"Can I text you a confirmation of your appointment? This is optional, and you can still book without it. It's one text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our Terms and Privacy Policy are at pyxloautomation.com. Do I have your permission? Yes or no?"

What happens next

If the caller says yes: one text is sent confirming the appointment date and time.
If the caller says no or is unsure: no text is sent, and the booking still stands.

Sample message

Pyxlo Automation: Hi [Name], your consultation is booked for [Date] at [Time]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
