When you call our AI voice assistant, we may collect your phone number, your name if you provide it, and the content of your call, such as your request to schedule a consultation.
We use your information to respond to your request, book your consultation, send you a text message confirming your booked consultation, and provide customer support. We do not use it for any other purpose.
If you book a consultation on a call and verbally agree to receive texts, we send you one text message confirming your appointment date and time. Message frequency: one confirmation per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use trusted providers (such as telephony, messaging, and scheduling services) only to deliver our service. They may not use your information for their own marketing.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing metricscalemarketing@gmail.com.
